Tel Hay Street is a TAMA 38/2 project - Demolition and Construction, in which the old building with 6 apartments will be demolished and replaced by a high-end and modern boutique building with 19 residential units: 16 apartments with 4 spacious rooms, a garden apartment and 2 penthouses. The building’s designed in a modern and eclectic vibe and will contribute to the renewed landscape of Ramat Gan. This is the first building in the country with a vertical garden that runs all the way from the bottom to the top.
