As part of the project, two luxurious 10-story buildings will be built. Each building will have 25 spacious 4- and 5-room apartments with large terraces facing the Afula National Park and 3 spacious 6-room penthouses.

The residence is ideally located for comfortable urban living, with immediate access to the highway and close to bus and train stations. It is also within walking distance from any essential facilities and institutions, including a kindergarten, a school, a shopping mall and a hospital, as well as a community center, cultural center and a municipal library.
