The Tannaim - Amoraim project covers a total area of 3.2 acres.
This area was defined in Plan H / 2030 as an area for urban renewal and therefore offers 5 residential towers of 22-25 floors and the creation of a new commercial center.
All these will connect to the existing 0.8 acre park, which will also undergo renewal.
The project is located in the Jesse Cohen neighborhood in the south of the city of Holon. Holon has been in a construction boom for the past decade.
However, there are neighborhoods, such as Jesse Cohen where there was no renewal at all.
Today, Holon is characterized by various types of buildings: housing buildings from the 50-70 years that have not undergone any change, specific buildings that have undergone TAMA 38, residential buildings with an average of 15 stories and residential towers that reach up to 30 stories.
Holon is characterized by various commercial forms - commercial centers on the ground floor of residential housing, commercial areas of small shops and kiosks of one floor.
These are compared to the mall located in the city center and employment and leisure centers.
