Designing the future
Krinitzi 34 is a TAMA 38/2 project which is located in the center of the city of Ramat Gan, in the framework of which the 13-apartment building will be demolished and a new and luxurious building with 46 housing units, sun terraces and underground parking will be built.
Cultural Haven
The project is located in a central part of the city with cafes, restaurants, cultural centers and shops nearby, and a short walk from the Central Bialik Street and Orde’a Square with their attractions and places of entertainment. The future building is a short drive from the central places in Ramat Gan: Ayalon Mall, Tel Hashomer Hospital, National Stadium, National Park, Yahalom Theater.
Young City
With every year that passes and with the opening of more and more educational institutions such as Bar-Ilan University, Ramat Gan College, Shenkar, the Academic Center for Law and Business and others, Ramat Gan is becoming younger. Today there are approximately 25,000 students living in the city.
