Designing the future
Eilat 96 and 98 is the TAMA 38/1 project located in the city of Holon, which will be renovated with the old buildings with 32 apartments and will be added 2 additional floors with 20 housing units in each. The new complex will be modern and luxurious with spacious apartments and duplexes.
Superior Location
The buildings are located in a quiet residential neighborhood, with Talpiot College, shopping center, supermarket, community center, fitness center and 3 urban gardens within a walking distance and Yamit 2000 water park a 5 minute drive away. The project area is adjacent to the cities of Bat Yam and Rishon LeZion and a short drive from the Ayalon Freeway, which provides convenient access to the rest of the Dan Region and the Wolfson Hospital located in the city.
Cultural Haven
Holon is Israel's “Museum City”, with a well-developed cultural sector that includes the Holon Theater, many cinemas, a successful dance troupe and the annual “Adloyada” Purim festivities. The education sector is also one of the leaders in the country, with HIT College of Technology, Talpiot College, youth councils, an extensive network of youth movements and gifted pupil tracks. In 2004 Holon won the regional education award in Israel.
