Aviv Tasa

Over the years, Aviv Tasa has led real estate investment companies, contractors, public bodies, purchasing groups and private investors through various complex real estate transactions and large-scale residential projects. Aviv has garnered extensive experience and substantial professional knowledge in the management of a wide range of real estate transactions, including real estate entrepreneurship, urban renewal purchase transactions, yielding real estate, purchasing groups and real estate finance. Moreover, Aviv has appeared in front of all court instances, including the various committees in the relevant authorities. Aviv served as the vice-chairman of the Israeli Bar Association’s real estate forum, as well as the chairman of the association’s urban renewal forum. Aviv Tasa is one of the founders of the Association of National Outline Plan 38 Companies in the Israeli Chamber of Commerce, where he also served as a legal advisor.

Amit Sela

Adv. Amit Sela, with rich and extensive experience in the field of real estate, planning and construction and in the field of urban renewal for over 16 years, currently also serves as legal advisor to the property department of various insurance companies. Amit Sela himself and other lawyers in the team have been engaged in TAMA transactions since the 'birth' of TAMA 38 (end of 2005 and 2006),including developing a unique professional skill, All while providing personal service with particularly high availability. The team has extensive experience in representing tenants in projects with special emphasis and maintaining service access, availability in all media and humane. The extensive experience accumulated over the years of presentation, on the one hand, the developers, and on the other hand the tenants (in various transactions) gave the knowledge, familiarity and understanding of the economic and legal interests of the major participants in any transaction in the field of urban renewal, all while providing special advice to the developers and property owners, as well as responding to the concerns of the owners, coping and responding to the requirements of the planning authorities, etc. The professional staff provides a full response and throughout the representation process, from the negotiation stage, to representation with the tax authorities, the mortgage banks to the registration of the new apartment in the Land Registry Office, is very experienced, has a great knowledge acquired in relation to the projects that were completed and the new apartments were provided to end buyers. The projects handled include the sale of the Dizengoff Center Mall in Tel Aviv – a transaction totaling NIS 300 million; Acquisition of The Mall in Kfar Saba totaling NIS 350 million for all stages of purchasing the mall and expanding its areas (including arranging a business system and sharing between Harel and Gazit Globe); purchasing the Comverse Raanana complex including Borrowed and preparing the building's construction documents, renting it to Comverse – a total of NIS 250 million; purchases and sales of commercial centers in Israel (e.g., Afula, Rishon Le Zion) totaling tens of millions of shekels; Handling dozens of real estate transactions in the fields of offices, hotels, commercial (commercial, industrial, parking lots and more) totaling hundreds of millions of NIS.

Doron Bar Kochva

Doron Bar Kochva (Dr., Adv.) is the legal advisor of Baker Street, and has extensive experience in representing a broad range of corporations in the civil, commercial fields as well as real estate. In addition, Doron has great experience in leading and representing legal proceedings in all issues relating to corporate law as well as commercial litigation; and the ongoing management of corporations including legal and complex commercial issues that arise, as well as partnerships, strategies. Doron has accompanied our corporation since its very early stages, from the inception of the venture for the company from beginning to end, including all legal and other aspects arising and fully supporting the company transactions.

Dima Mazo

Israeli architect, professor, Master of Architecture and Urban Planning, was holding the position of Chief Architect for urban construction of Tel-Aviv and the Central District of Israel. From 1995 to 2000, he was heading the group for Urban Planning of Tel-Aviv. From 2000 to 2006, he was holding the position of the Chief Architect of Hod HaSharon. In 2006, he was appointed the State Inspector for relocation of settlements from the Gaza Strip. In 2012, he got appointed the State Inspector for reinforcement of buildings and preparation of Israel for earthquakes. Since 2016, he has been working as the State Inspector for construction of the LRT lines in Tel-Aviv. In 2010, he was awarded the title of Professor of the UNESCO Academy of Architecture.
