More than 20 construction companies participated in a huge tender by the Israel Land Authority (RMI) for the purchase of 16 dunams of land in the Neve Gan neighborhood in Ramat Hasharon. The prestigious neighborhood is located north of Tel Baruch North, within the jurisdiction of the Tel Aviv Municipality.

The tender is for the construction of 482 apartments in 16 buildings in the complex, as well as 700 square meters of commercial space. The tender is divided into four parts, which include 150 apartments, 149 apartments, 104 apartments and 79 apartments. The final results are expected to be published tomorrow at noon.

Preliminary estimates indicate that the Hamerman plant and ICR Israel Canada Ram Residential won two complexes each, in different bids they submitted. The two proposals amount to NIS 900 million, with the Hamerman plant expected to win the purchase of land for the construction of 282 apartments for NIS 550 million and ICR Israel Canada Ram Residential Land for the construction of 200 apartments for NIS 350 million.

Gindi Holdings, Electra, Levinstein, Praszkowski, Shabiru, Azorim and the Sharbat Brothers Group participated in the tender.
