Danya Cebus will build a residential project of Gindi Holdings in Tel Aviv for NIS 649 million

Despite the downturn in the economy, this morning it was reported that Gindi Holdings chose Danya Cebus to build the UpperHouse Tel Aviv project.

The project is located on a 9.6-acre lot adjacent to the Menorah Hall, between Hashloa Street to the north, Ayalon routes to the west, Wingate Street to the south and Yigal Alon to the east. It will feature two 30-story towers. This is an area of ​​approximately 65,000 square meters above ground, plus an additional 29,000 square meters of underground parking to be used by the project tenants.

The permit for the commencement of works has been obtained in recent days. The project is expected to be accommodated within 5 years. The consideration for the construction work of the towers, the excavation phases, the construction of the public areas and the construction of the car park is expected to amount to NIS 649 million (including VAT).

Magindi Holdings said that the company has so far sold 581 housing units over a three-month period, of which 110 are apartments in the option agreements with Megurit.

Among the major projects of Danya Cebus are the Red Line and Carlebach Station totaling over NIS 2.5 billion; Section B of the eastern railroad of NIS 600 million; The Meitar Interchange and Route 444 for Cross-Israel; Assuta Ashdod Hospital; The airport will be prevented; The new Justice Ministry in Jerusalem; A TLV project that includes more than 1,000 housing units totaling over NIS 1.3 billion; Housing price projects that include more than 3,000 housing units in Rishon Lezion, Rosh Ha'ayin, Shoham and Galilee. In addition, the company took part in the construction of Gindi Holdings projects such as a house in the park in Or Yehuda, Gindi courtyards of the colony and the Carmi Gat neighborhood.
