Magurite Company She announced that she has purchased 28 apartments in a project located in Neot Afeka A in Tel Aviv, between Pinchas Rosen and the Padova community. The apartments will be of 3.5 and 4 rooms, and will cost NIS 94.5 million.

The company does not identify the project identity, but it is a project initiated by the acro real estate company in the area that used to be the Katan plant.

According to Magurit's report, the apartments it will purchase are apartments with an average area of ​​88 square meters and a total area of ​​2,460 square meters. The price of apartments will average NIS 3.375 million, about NIS 38,400 per square meter.

The apartments are scattered on each of the four towers that Akro erects in the project. The project will include 182 apartments in two 17-story towers plus two 8-story buildings. Commercial and office space and an underground car park will also be set up.

According to the acquisition agreement , the project is scheduled to be completed by March 2023.
