263 apartments will be built at the "Lillius complex" in Jerusalem

Another plan that includes high-rise construction in the capital. The Jerusalem District Planning and Building Committee approved the deposit of the "Bellius Compound" plan. It is a six-acre plot of land that served as a bus parking lot, located between Jaffa and Shazar Boulevard.

The plan itself includes the construction of two high-rise buildings as well as a five-story building. The first 34-story building will comprise 227 apartments. Alongside it will be an office tower with 70,000 sq.m. of building rights. In addition, the plan includes a five-story "textured" building on which two 36 apartments will be built. In total, the plan includes the construction of 263 apartments.

In view of the significant increase in the strengths of the program and its programs, and the need for open public spaces, the Commission decided to create a new square in the direction of Jaffa Street. In addition, the committee decided to increase the area of ​​the program to include a bridge over the Shazar Boulevard, which connects Jaffa Street, the light rail station (the column station) through the program area to the future court complex and the Mishkenot Ha'uma neighborhood.

The program is an initiative of the Bellilius Group, Drori Real Estate, AKA Real Estate and Ashtrom, and was conducted by the Yaski Mor Sivan Architects office in collaboration with Bitman Ben Tzur Architects.
