The construction company Matslawe She announced on Monday that she has signed a cooperation agreement and a joint deal with Netsba .Under the agreement, the company will join an evacuation-construction project initiated by Matzlau on Yoseftal Street in Bat Yam , and the companies will work together to promote and execute the project.

This is a project that will demolish 240 housing units, old and will replace 1,078 new apartments alongside commercial and office space of 25,000 square meters. The project will be completed in two phases.

The project architect is Yoav Hashimshoni of DS Benin City Architectural and Planning Ltd. The project has been approved by the local and provincial committee and is currently in the process of receiving a permit.

The revenue and expenses of the project will belong to the joint venture, but the management, planning, execution and marketing of the project will be carried out by Matslawe, who will also be the contracting contractor.
