Moshe Koren, Business Development and Urban Renewal Manager at Azorim , announced today at the Eilat Real Estate Conference that Azorim is initiating an innovative "evacuation credit" program that will allow apartment owners in urban renewal projects to choose the type of remuneration tailored to their needs. Tenants will be able to choose and receive a credit voucher based on the value of the new apartment they are expected to complete upon completion of the project, and purchase with the credit a new apartment on any project across the country, or receive a financial credit, according to an appraiser for the future value of the apartment they are expected to receive in the future.

Moshe Koren: "We propose to the owner of the apartment to enter this supermarket called Zones and choose an apartment without restriction of geographical area. He can choose the size of the apartment and the place or take the financial difference between his apartment and the apartment he takes and go."

"I have known this area for many years. Once every tenant knows that there is a response to what he needs then it is much easier for tenants to crystallize. That is also how the tenants' decision is much faster."
