Jerusalem and environs
Jerusalem: A 96-sq.m. three-room, second floor apartment with parking but no elevator on Chopin St. was sold for NIS 2.85 million (RE-MAX - Hazon). A 99-sq.m., four-room, third floor apartment with a storage room, elevator and parking on Haim Bajio St. was sold for NIS 3.8 million (Anglo-Saxon).
Tel Aviv and central region
Tel Aviv: A 90-sq.m. four-room, first floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Natan Alterman St. in the Neot Afeka neighborhood was sold for NIS 2.695 million (Ackerman)..

Beersheva and the south
Arad: A 60-sq.m. three-room, fourth floor apartment with no elevator and no parking on Arava St. was sold for NIS 450,000. A 160-sq.m. six-room, semi-detached house on a 260-sq.m. lot with parking on Ephroni St. was sold for NIS 1.01 million. A 240-sq.m., six-room house on a 530-sq.m. lot with parking on Kalanit St. was sold for NIS 1.6 million.
Eilat: A 42-sq.m., two-room, second floor apartment with no elevator and no parking on Horev St. was sold for NIS 650,000.

Rentals

Jerusalem and environs
Efrat: A 150-sq.m., six-room, second floor, garden apartment with a 20-sq.m. garden, 4-sq.m. balcony, no elevator and no parking on Maaleh Kfar Zion St. was leased for NIS 5,500 per month (Anglo-Saxon).

Beersheva and the south
Arad: A 75-sq.m., four-room, sixth floor apartment with an elevator but no parking on Shizef St. was leased for NIS 2,300 per month. A 250-sq.m., seven-room house on a 550-sq.m. lot with parking on Kalanit St. was leased for NIS 4,200 per month.
